ATHLETICS

The Park Forest Middle athletic program provides a positive, structured, student-centered environment where students can learn, explore, experience and enjoy the benefits of participating in sports.

CLUBS

With a broad range of school clubs and activities to choose from, our students can spend time during and after school connecting with classmates, taking new risks and finding new passions. And as they grow more self aware and independent, we give them all the opportunity to cultivate their unique interests and take a deeper dive in what they enjoy.

DANCE

The Dance Program at Park Forest Middle School School inspires students to use their minds and bodies by developing and focusing on dance technique, creativity, expression, endurance, rhythm and choreography.

INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC

The Instrumental Music Program provides students a background in the appreciation of music and an understanding of music fundamentals and skills  as it relates to musical instruments.

JUNIOR CADET CORPS

The Junior Cadet Corps program is designed to prepare middle school students for responsible leadership roles while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities, and privileges as American Citizens.

VOCAL MUSIC

The Vocal Music Program promotes music through academia and performance. Aside from learning the principles  and techniques of music, through participation in ensembles, students are provided an outlet of expression through the singing and performance of choral music.
